The gourmet kitchen, designed for serious entertaining, has all stainless steel appliances including a 6 burner gas cooktop , an electric wall oven and microwave, a 23 cubic foot fridge and under counter dishwasher.  The large walk-in pantry is a chef’s dream come true.  The pass through window to the poolside patio makes entertaining a breeze.

Turning off the main road at the “OASIS” entry waterfall feature you will pass through an elegantly designed, electrically controlled, video monitored security gate with intercom.  Both sides of the driveway are filled with decorative local plants, shrubs and flowers and trees.  All of the garden areas are serviced by an inground sprinkler system.  The house and apartment are nestled amongst an array of mature palms, hibiscus, bougainvilleas, and heliconias.   Well manicured lawns surround the main entry and pool area.  Indented into the pool is a round 6 person infinity spa.

Highlights of the guest room include a copper sink and faucets in the bathroom, a unique zebra patterned writing desk, and a separate covered deck looking towards Manuel Antonio.  The master suite features a slate tiled shower enclosure with its own ocean view and an outdoor tub designed for two.  The master closet, also dehumidified, is huge.  The laundry is an integral part of the master suite area but also accessable from the hallway.
