Hi! I’m Roma Vargas, a lifelong
resident of Guadalupe, San José, Costa Rica and I am proud to say how
much I enjoy the history and culture of Costa Rica and how proud I am
of my country. I look forward to sharing these things with you!
I had the opportunity of traveling around
the world for many years, and this opened my mind to various cultures
and experiences, allowing me to understand and appreciate the different
lifestyles around the world. My goal is to build solid relationships
with my clients that result in "win/win" situations.

I have over 30 years Customer Service
experience and also Security and Investigations experience which benefit
my activities in Real Estate as we routinely check to make sure what
you see is what you are going to get. No Surprises!
I am passionate about the Real Estate

Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate Brokers. Both my brokers and

Eduardo, a graduated systems engineer,
brings a high level of energy into the business of helping buyers and

He strives and uses his creativity and

as enjoyable as possible. His expertise in telecommunications is a very
important issue in business real estate. The combination of his experience
providing a wide range of solutions and his business real-estate knowledge
along with consulting experience makes Eduardo qualified to help you

 Anita
Acuña -
Interior Decorator.
Anita grew in Guápiles, Province of Limón
and when she finished her studies got married and move to San Jose.
She is the youngest of 11 brothers and sisters.
Her goal as an interior decorator is
to bring out the best in each home, and make them reflect the personality
of the owners. She listens to their clients needs and dreams, and look
for things that inspire them. Anita is available to assist our clients
to prepare their properties before showing them to the potential clients.
She helps them choose the right colors
to make the property attractive and pays attention to every single detail.
She also believes that our clients deserve a personalized service. With
that in mind, she has study Feng Shui, which translates to "the wind
and the water," is the Chinese art of correct placement. Practitioners
believe that by arranging our furnishings and decor in a way that aligns
with nature, we draw harmony and good health into our lives.
She is also available to new clients
who need advise on home interior design.
Johnnie Chaverri -
Relocating, purchasing a second home,
doing business abroad requires a lot of research, Johnnie provides you
with trustworthy assistance on every step of this process. He focuses
on what you need and provide you with detailed information and expertise,
with professional customer-service procedures and documentation.
With 45 years experience in Investigations
and as a former director of National Security, Johnnie has a tremendous
knowledge of the country, the laws, legislation, government regulations,
public policies, and current market conditions. He is constantly
reading and studying to be updated in different topics specially in
Real Estate matters.
His priority is the protection of our
clients´ interests, to help them follow their dream of buying a property
and make this important process as smooth and secure as possible.
He always puts the client's needs first to ensure their home buying
or selling experience is as positive and safe as possible.
Johnnie J. Chaverri -
Johnny J. Chaverri, vice- president and Customer Service Manager is responsible for charting the company's current and future expansion opportunities, as well as managing the company's day-to-day business operations.
Johnny holds a degree in Speech Therapist from Santa Paula University and is currently studying Accounting in Universidad Latina in San Jose, Costa Rica.
Johnny is proud of the professional service he provides and his ability to guide clients through the process of buying and selling properties.
